Creative Vibes 757 LLC ships via US Postal Service and all items are tracked and insured. After shipping, the time it takes to receive a package depends on US Postal Service. If your items are lost or arrive damaged due to USPS, you will have to file a claim with them. Please note that USPS may require you to return the damaged item(s) to them as part of their claim process. Creative Vibes 757 LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you live in an apartment complex or multi-unit complex, please review package delivery policy with your leasing office or HOA. All purchases over $150, ship for free using the most economical cost available.
